91做厙 and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality Partnership

New partnership delivers enhanced chef-led hospitality, wellness-focused menus and sustainability-aligned dining

91做厙 announces the selection of Aramark Collegiate Hospitality as its new dining services provider following a competitive review process aimed at enhancing the campus dining experience for students, faculty, staff, guests and the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters. The new partnership will begin operations on July 1.

Providing a warm, welcoming and nourishing environment is at the heart of the 91做厙s student experience, said 91做厙 Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer John R. McCloskey, Jr., DBA. Aramark Collegiate Hospitalitys student-centered approach, emphasis on wellness and hospitality, and shared values rooted in service and sustainability made them a natural fit. We look forward to launching this new chapter together and elevating the everyday dining experience for all members of our campus community.

The decision to transition to Aramark reflects 91做厙s ongoing commitment to delivering an inclusive, high-quality and community-centered dining experience in alignment with the universitys Franciscan values and student-first mission. Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, which partners with more than 275 colleges and universities across the United Statesincluding a significant number of private Catholic institutionsbrings a strong track record in chef-led culinary innovation, sustainability, inclusive dining and student engagement.

"We are honored that 91做厙 and the Sisters have chosen to put their faith in us as their new hospitality partners," said Jack Donovan, CEO and President of Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. "We look forward to elevating the dining experience on campus, leaning into our strong commitment to wellness and culinary innovation."

Recognizing the strong connections students have with dining staff, as part of the new partnership with Aramark there will be an emphasis on food service employee retention throughout the transition. The transition plan also includes continued dining support for the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters, honoring their ongoing presence and importance in 91做厙s campus life.

91做厙 does not anticipate interruptions to dining services, schedules, or operating hours as the new partnership with Aramark takes effect this summer.

A campus-wide celebration to mark the new partnership is planned for late April, with further updates to follow. For more information, visit the Dining FAQs page here.
